Well i went to Small Claims court and called his local sheriffs dept. Sometime this week there gonna issue him all papers on schedule date to come to court. Should he not attend, i win the case, then can the sheriff seize all assets from his property and give me the money that im suing for.

 

that's good, sucks that you had to do all of that

I'm turning over a bunch of info that people have been emailing/PM me about this guy over to my local police here in california this week and this can only help us get our MONEY.

OR email the name of the Police officer who is handling your case, my brother works for the SA police department. He is going to handle this for me.
