Beware of TArider21
When you see him post this ad, know that he is merely playing games. He's had numerous cash buyers and always backs out leaving people pissed. It's been going on since December and it has to stop.

Very Cheap 94 Pontiac Trans Am GT
Well, the car is for sale once again, and this time there's no turning back! It's a 1994 Pontiac Trans Am GT with metallic green exterior and tan leather interior, automatic, 115,xxx miles, all the options except for power seats. Car is completely stock except for an MSD 6a ignition, vortech intake elbow, k&n air filter, IAT sensor relocated, low temp thermostat, and different muffler. Interior is in fair condition: headliner is sagging in front(held up by paperclips), driver's seat bolster has a tear and a hole in it, and passenger back seat has a split in the same at the top of the seat, the car does not currently have a stereo headunit in it. Body is in fair condition also: paint is good, passenger side is where all flaws are located and as follows, scratches on front fender, two small dents and paint scraped in rear quarter panel( I can probably knock the dents out). Tranny shifts flawlessly, car runs good, has oil leak from harmonic balancer hub seal in timing cover, entire ignition system replaced a year ago, newer water pump. Gears in rearend were replaced in November of 2003 with 3.42s, although they do whine a little from 40-50 mph. Front suspension is a little loose, I'm pretty sure it's the lower control arms(possibly just need new bushings or might need to be replaced, but I have the bushings and they will go with sale). Tires are good, also the car does have t-tops, and the transmission performance option. Also the car needs a new fuel pump installed which will be included in the sale of the car, it runs, but it has the very common hard starting problem that a lot of LT1s suffer from, car is my daily driver, so there should be no problems driving it to wherever you live after purchase. I hate to see her go, but I don't have the time or money to maintain this car, also need something a little more economical. Asking $3,000 obo, will consider interesting trades. Several pictures available upon request, just e-mail fbodyjay@aol.com
, forgot to mention driver's power window motor is weak(have new window motor that goes with sale.) Possible trades include 1988 or newer camaro or firebird/trans am, 1990 or newer Honda Civic or Acura Integra with VTEC engine, 1988 or newer Mustang(preferrably 5.0), I am open to almost any trade!
Jason,
Too bad you can't delete this thread like you do with your threads.
Anyone else had this same story with this kid?

I had a feeling something was going on with his car. If he really did want to get rid of it he should have no problem getting $3k out of it. I recall sending him an email with no response. Everytime i browse through one of his threads its got like 50 responses and 48 of them are angry potential buyers claiming he backed out of selling it.
Another vote for banning him!
Just my $.02

Okay, on the inside of the glove box door there's a sticker with several columns and rows of letters/numbers. In the first column (up and down) at the fourth (4th) row down from the top, what is the letter/number code? Y82, Y83, Y87, W82, W83, W87, etc. Which one is it?

In fact, ALL the codes EXCEPT 1 are bogus codes! There may actually be a Y87 code, as well as some of the others, but it isn't the one for a Trans Am GT! And I'm certainly not going to be the one to give you the correct code so you can start telling people what it is.
In case you're missing all of this, you just told everyone what you DON'T have. What a PUTZ!
This is exactly what I figured. You either really don't have the car, or one of the 3 owners before you put another hatch on it with the raised spoiler and somewhere along the line you found out about the GT model and just figured you'd tell everyone that's what you have. This is as bad as someone putting "Z28" badges on a 6 banger Camaro
It will NEVER be what you want it to be
Get over it. You don't have a Trans Am GT! You have a worn out wannabe piece of crap car (if you even have it at all) that isn't worth $1000!
Thanks Jason, you made my day
And I agree...TTT

Great job of exposing the little troll for what he is. A perfect example of why people need to steer clear of this kid.

Re: Beware of TArider21
I guess I must have hit a nerve with the code thing

He might as well rebuild it 'cause no one is going to buy it from him at this point - at least not on this board. He should just plan on keeping it for the rest of his life

Yeah, he said his middle name started with a "D" so that made him a "Jason D" also
