B&M stall converter 70419

Im going to upgrade my current stall converter so it is going up for sale. This converter functions perfectly. Model# 70419. This will fit 30 spline 700r4 and also 93-96 4l60e as well. $150 plus shipping. Im swapping it next Friday. This unit functions as lockup or nonlockup. Goto B&M website for more info

Why won't it work with a 97 4l60e?

im located in dallas therefore very central....but due to weight I would guess shipping to anywhere is going to be approx. $30-$40....i will have my new stall this week and then can give exact figures...
