AutoXray 5000 Code Scanner for sale

I bought this AutoXray 5000 about 2-3 months ago. I bought it to use with my camaro but i recently had to get rid of it. Ive probably used this thing 3-4 times and everything is perfect like when i first opened it.

Scanner is capable of retrieving codes from OBD 2 and GM, Ford and Chrysler OBD 1. Kit also comes with a USB connector to hook up to your computer for free internet upgrades.

Handheld device is capable of picking up current and historic codes. Also has an operational data display.

that is the link to the site i bought it from, more information can be found there and exactly what vehicles are compatible with this. Like i said the kit is practically new in fact most of the boxes within the kit are still unopened.

Im looking for $225 or if someone can give me a reasonable offer i might take that. if you want pics of the kit sent a PM

I received a few responses yesterday through pm. Those who responded wanted a little more information and some pictures.

Here is a product description of this scanner:

Computer and Sensor Testing Tool, EZ-Scan 5000, OBD I/OBD II, with CAN Technology, Scanner, Cables, Case, Kit
These AutoXray EZ-Scan 5000s are OBD I and OBD II scanners which feature all OBD II protocols, including the newly released Controller Area Network (CAN) protocol, allowing for more capability and flexibility to manage the diagnostic process. The CAN protocol is currently being used in a variety of vehicles and will be the mandated protocol in all new vehicles by 2008. The CAN-compliant EZ-Scan 5000s make keeping up with the latest automotive technology a simple matter. Features include: * Collect valuable data from vehicle's on-board computer * Support multiple trouble code requests, generic codes, pending codes, and enhanced codes * On-screen definitions of OBD I trouble codes, OBD II generic, and OBD II manufacturer-specific codes * Detect OBD-II freeze frame information * Display readiness test status * Display O2 sensor test * Vehicle ID * Set measurement units in SAE/metric * Live data stream monitoring * 29-frame capture mode * Set capture frame interval from 0500ms to 5000ms * Reset check engine lights * Quick Step data navigation * Customize data views * Internet-upgradeable

I used this maybe 20 times in a 1 month period, since then it has been sitting safe under my bed in my room. The scanner is in excellent shape, no problems at all. One person who sent me a pm asked if it offers live engine data. It does indeed, some of the data it displays live includes: rpm, map, maf, oxygen sensor, tps, and many many more. Basically any sensor in the car's data will be displayed live and I believe it updates every second. This live data is available for OBD I and II.

As for the pictures here they are:

both of those are pictures of the scanner itself, one comparing it to the size of a battery.

this is a picture of the 6 boxes containing the wires and connectors for the scanner.

this picture shows the USB and the OBD I cables with their boxes, these are the only boxes i have opened.

here you can see the scanner inside the case along with all of its wires and paperwork.

this last picture just shows the case closed near an electrical tape for size reference

if you want any more information just shoot me another PM

These are good units. I use the model 6000 for my company. Update online for free unlike snapons which cost about a grand a year.
