Hey bro, I could have just waited to see if the payment came and when I didnt see it I could have just waited till morning. I told you it hasnt come yet to give you a heads up. You sent the payment yesterday evening and yesterday evening I told you I didnt receive it yet. I go to sleep and wakeup to check paypal and there it is, payment received. I also wake up to see that you immediately filed a claim and post in here 2:20 am before I can wake up and check paypal again.

FYI, look at my post count and how long I have been on this site. If your uncomfortable buying used parts online, then dont. You have to be patient. If I didnt respond at all to your pm last night (your pm just stated money was sent) and just waited till the morning there would be no problem, but I wanted to reply right away to you so there is clear communication. I am so tempted to just reject your payment and leave it for sale...

There are two side to every story even though I do not have a lot of posts it still does not give you the right to make up stories or try to make me look bad .

First post count is not everything . Then again maybe it is because folks with a post count like you should set a good example to the forum and community .

Second , I paid you instantly before 3 yesterday afternoon . Then four hours later you tell me you still have not got it but paypal said you did (contrary to your remarks made and any mod can look at our pms) .

Third , the only reason I filed a cliam is so a third party could tell you that the payment was sent that way it is not my word against yours .

Last I thank you for sending me a refund because I do not wish to do business with someone with an attitude such as yours and I do not appreciate your deragotory comments nor you making things up to cover up and make yourself look in the good .

What time zone are you in? Did you account for the fact that the seller is on the East coast, and not necessarily in the same time zone?

What derogatory remarks did he make? Looks like you may have a difference of opinions on what time the transaction took place, but he didn't cast any negative aspersions on your character.

Please explain.

snakesmoker - Like I said, I got a pm in the evening that said money sent via a pm. I wrote back in the pm that i hadnt received a payment sent email or anything from paypal yet. I went to bed and and wake up to a claim filed (which is fine), a pm, and a post in my forsale thread showing concern. I understand your concerned because you sent it on your end, but lots of things happen in which a paypal notification could have been delayed. Also, I am eastcoast, so your times you quote are quite different then mine. Now I will probably have to delete this thread and start a new one because you werent patient enough to wait one evening and wait and see if I finally received it. As far as derogatory comments, take your 30 posts and go elsewhere. I have been a long time member of this site and have never screwed anyone, let alone over a used opti that I have no use for (converting to SBC distributor).

I just completed a big transaction with RealQuick 2 weeks ago...it was a parts+money deal. He sent paypal, shipped parts as they were described, and gave tracking number EXACTLY when he said he was going to do it, and had great communication during the whole process. There was Hundreds of dollars in parts exchanged, so im sure if he was going to rip off someone, he would have done it 2 weeks ago. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to do business with him.
