This may be a stupid question, but here it goes. I see the pix in the auction and the engine is shown on a stand. Is the car together and running? I didn't know if that was during a rebuild or now. Also what does it need done to it right now to be reliable? Thanks.

Motor is fully assembled. The car needs nohing to be reliable, motor was built with daily drivalbility in mind.
