Sorry RQ, I thought we talked about it on the phone. I'd be happy to swap springs out for hyd roller springs. I think I may have some new Manley springs here that would work and I'd be fine with doing that. No special lifters are required with these heads. I used offset lifters but on-center lifters work fine. AFAIK an off teh shelf lt4 manifold will work. I ported an LT1 manifold to fit but obviously with a raised runner like the LT4, it should fit better out of the box.

^^I wrote the article and took the pics. The guy in the pic used to work for me and that was our actual Fedex guy. I think there is pic of me in the article doing some wiring or something
Pretty cool.. How did the intake work on your setup?

Daryl is one of the good guys. just received my AF227's and shaft mounted rockers! Everything appears to be all there and looks good. thanks again Daryl!
