Unless your '02 WS6 has drum brakes and a ladder bar setup, it ain't gonna fit...

I understand you are first

If the deal falls through I would like to keep my place in line (Which is not 1st and I dont think 2nd)

Instead of arguing over who's first, why don't you make sure you have a vehicle that it fits! Read his post: DRUM BRAKES! This is an old style 12-bolt for a 60's-70's style car setup with ladder bars....

That is true.....Drum brakes? I dont think that will fit my car correct me if I am wrong. Is there anyway to convert this to disk brakes?

Yes, you can convert any 12 bolt over to disc brakes if you have the correct backing plates, calipers, rotors, etc....but this rear has a ladder bar setup on it-NOT a torque arm! Unless you have the ability to cut/weld to cast iron and fab up all of the brackets to make your LCA's and torque arm bolt up, it's not going to be easy or cheap. Not to mention the fact that it may not even be the right width. You could end up having to cut the housing down and then you'd need new axles to make it fit. Welding to cast iron isn't an easy feat either...
