It is brand new, with the exception of 8 screw holes.
I have traded my camaro for a GTO, so I have no use.
I only mounted a speaker in it to find out that it was blown(used), so I returned the speaker didnt get a replacement. I have had it for about 3 months. The screw holes are universal 8 hole pattern.
