Got my passenger stealth from subthump....
It's loud. Damn loud. I now have an MTX thunderform on the driver side and the subthump stealth on the passenger side driven by a 450 watt kenwood amp.
I would say the subthump box is louder, but it does sound different than the mtx. the subthump seems to handle lows and hit HARD with those lows, whereas the MTX has a slightly higher tone to it.
It came very quickly and steve was very helpful.
one problem, when I turn it up the rear lights seem to shake and vibrate violently. any way to solve this? what exactly does dynamat do? could I put it under the rear hatch carpeting?
If you put a drink on my hatch it would literally shake off. lol.

No kidding? That's pretty cool then. I mean about the comparison. I've been looking for someone who could compare the two. It's a sturdy little box huh?
So your total bass output increased by how much??? Just curious. I'm sure there are others out there with a single stealthbox that would like to do the same as you did if they knew how much difference the second sub would make.
To help silence some of the vibrations, some dynamat or even b-quiet would work. Actually the b-quiet and some of their other products like brown bread would do the trick and they are less expensive than the dynamat.
Nice job!

Louder? Yes.
It's hard to do a comparison, as I was in such a hurry I put everything away before I had a chance to test each one individually.
The total base output went up by a factor of around 3. Some of this has to do with I'm using 2 ohms now instead of 4 ohms, and the amp is putting out 450 w instead of 300. However, since I bought the sub itself about 3 weeks ago and had it sitting in a box in the back, i can tell you now that even taking into account the wattage difference, the box is about 1.75-2 times louder than the mtx box
it literally shakes all the way through to my bones (trust me ive been using subs for 10 years now and nothing really compares to what ive got now, not even this big bad 7th order box I used to have)
my eyeballs shake. i had to turn down the base and the sub level just to hear the music, and i'm using an alpine cda xx94 with 60 watts.
thumbs up. now to try and get rid of the shakes im getting, my poor tailights must hate me.

I didn't even know your screen name the whole time.
Does anyone else need a passenger stealth? These are nifty boxes and we know they hit hard. I got 2 more cut and ready to assemble. Can ship in a day or two.

Whoa, Cool, but I only do the passenger side. For the driver's side you can look into getting the mtx or jl box. Visit this link for more info on my stealth. www.subthump.atfreeweb.com/stealth.htm

I'm thinking this is the way I want to go for my sound set up.
I have 2 year old rockford fosgate 10" subs, in a custom made box that sits on that rear deck behind the seats. Great craftsmanship but i think i want the stealth boxes.
theres just certain songs that my subs literally sound like absolute crack, and i can only attribute it to the fact they don't have anough airspace.
