Talking So what ever happened to that Donny guy?

It's been awhile.

If you don't know/remember me or don't care then you can stop reading here, or go down and look at the cars I have for sale.

For everyone else, here's the exciting past few months of my life:

1. Bought a house. It's off of 54th Ave about 1/4 mile north of SR500. Closed May 14th, moved in towards the end of June. Still trying to unpack.

2. April (my wife) is pregnant again. She's about 2 months along. She's a little hormone crazy lately. Hoping for a boy this time around.

3. Bought a 2004 Mazda 3s. Neat little car. I find myself driving it more than the Camaro nowadays. The Camaro is staying but my wife's Accord and the red project car are going away.

4. A friend of mine, Nathan (Bobby and Ken may rememeber him, the short guy with salt and pepper hair and lots of guns) is in jail. My best friend, who lived with him, found a tape he had made of himself and two of our other friend's kids. Doubt we'll see him for a long time. You think you know someone...:blah:

I have two cars to sell now. Both are here in Vancouver, WA.

First one is a 91 Accord DX 4dr, white, w/ AT, AC, and cruise. ~150K miles. This is a one family car. My father-in-law bought it new and gave it to my wife 2 1/2 years ago. Engine runs great, has had regular maintenance since day 1, had timing belt/waterpump at 90k and I replaced the coil yesterday. Tires are good and brakes are about a year old. If I can locate them in one of the many boxes here, you get service records/parts receipts too.

Interior is near perfect (blue) except for trunk, which has some stains from a rogue bottle of bleach. Car has manual locks and windows. I bought door lock actuators and installed the driver's side front and rear, but I haven't gotten around to putting in the passenger side. The driver's side doors lock and unlock with the alarm remote and when you start the car. The other two actuators and hardware are included. There are neon tubes (purple, my wife's favorite color) installed under the fron seats. I wired them to the parking light switch with their own relay. An Alpine CD deck and 4 Pioneer 2 way speakers are in factory locations and go with the car. I took out the amp/sub from the trunk but the wiring is still in place.

Asking $2900.

Also have a 1986 Pontiac Fiero 2m6, red, 4spd with AC, power everything, cruise, and leather seats. I've recarpeted the interior, which is still partially disassembled. The car ran and drove fine before it was disassembled. The car currently has no motor in it, but I'm including 2 with it. One is a 2.8L V6 which ran when it was removed. The other is a 3.4L V6 which was pulled from a wrecked Camaro(60k on the car). Both motors are stripped down to the block. I have all the bits and pieces to put this car together, but I lack time and with my aforementioned friend being in jail I no longer have a place to store this car, so it needs to go.

I'm taking offers on this one.

If yo're interested, or you just want to say hello, you can reply on here or call me @ 360-518-4976.

Thumbs up Re: So what ever happened to that Donny guy?

Hey Donny,

Good to see you're still around and not selling the Z.

Congrats on the house and 'bun in the oven'. I'm working on getting a home soon myself.

Ken, good to see you man. Yeah, Nathan really cooked his own goose. Christian called the cops on him and had to go over the whole tape with the investigator. Turns out this crap had been going on for over 3 years and Nathan made the tape with a camera that we gave to him when we moved recently. We're all pretty shook up over the whole thing, obviously. Christian lives with us now. Nathan's been arraigned and his trial is sometime in November. He's looking at 10-15 years.

Mike, the house right next door to me just went up for sale. One of the owner's roommates moved out and he doesn't want to deal with making up the difference in house payment. The Z is staying, I actually offered to trade it in on the 3. April put a stop to that....said I'd be miserable if I did it and she didn't want to deal with me afterwards. The Z runs ok but needs an Opti(92k on the original), so after the dust settles here it will get that and a few other goodies.

By the way, the Accord has been sold. Still taking offers on the Fiero project. I'm thinking the first person to come my way with 600 bucks and a tow dolly will go home with it.

Donny,

PM me the address and I'll swing by and check it out on my lunch or when I get some free time.
