Shouldnt read kill forums
A solid Big Chief headed 632 with correct Nitrous Pistons will make upwards of 1150-1200fwhp. Add an 800hp 2-3 stage system, and you're possibly tapping on the 1900-2k hp door.
The trick is actually getting the engine to accept that much. I'd call B.S. Its easy to talk big in front of the unknowledgable and misinformed.
Theres a reason why most Pro Mods are running 706/707/714ci mills.

well russ has run a low 9 second 1/4 mile so i'd say hes on the right track and probably isn't gonna be slow any way you look at it
9's and 6's are WAAAAAY diff ball parks. Next time Kurtis' dad comes run at MRP why don't ya go see what the comp cars look like. 140's and 200+mph is completely diff.
don murrays vette runs 7.20's at 195+ and its in a convertable. same idea as russ's setup. last year when he ran a low 9 that was with a small block and a 1/4 of the chassis/suspension upgrades that hes been doing. now hes got a pro mod cert. chassis and a big *** motor with even bigger *** nos. id say hes definately on the right track with this one
