Red face Shouldnt read kill forums

Ok . . . this always happens to me !! I start reading the kill forums and posts about turbos on rsx crap and start wanting to mod my car to death !! Anybody else get this ?? I mean I was fine with it and wasnt going to spend any more $$ this year except on my k member and a arms . . . maybe clutch and flywheel and gears but that was it now im all unhappy with it again

I was thinking about this on the way to work . . . . . before I new about the mods avalable for cars and the feeling of the first few runs with a new part installed . . I was always happy with it how it was . I just washed and waxed and cruised around . . . . now Im never happy because it doesnt have a cromemoly frame and 690 rwhp na plus 400 shot and it weighs too godamn much too !! Whats the # to the modders help line

I haven't visited the kill forum since the post count was taken off........
There was plenty of BS floating around that corner of the board so I don't miss it.

I guess I'm differnt with my car because I hibernate it every winter.
Every spring/summer when I take it back out it seems like a new car to me....plenty of power.
Towards the end of summer I begin wanting more.

500 is defintely a big shot

but that still leaves 1300 HP. even a 600+ ci big block is going to have to be extremely well built to make that much power N/A. Is that within the realm of possibilty? ANyone with big block knowledge wanna chime in?

Give me a bunch of $$ and I will build you a 600hp BB under 600ci that will run on 94 octane and last a long time. Strung out, on race gas 600ci will get you over 1000hp NA easy. I think that green 56 vette is 1200hp NA or so. Its around 650ci though if I remember right. You 4th gen guys dont know what you are missing out on with the big blocks .

I ran a 548 C.I. BB with Pontiac heads , sheet metal intake, dry
sump and dual 1050's, no juice and it dynoed at 1077 HP with
800 lbs of torque.
Built by Reher Morrison based on Pro Stock design, short stroke
big bore.

actually i wouldnt doubt 1800hp the nitrous system is actually a triple stage 900hp shot total 3 stages, which only leaves him to get 900-1000 hp n/a very attainable IMO

If I am not mistaken, Russ is going to run a 500 fogger, a 400 big shot and 900 via the cubes! He is running a 632 cubic inch motor or 10.4 liter engine! Making the beast 90 % efficient N/A is possible, therefore he could quiet handsomely make 930 horsepower without nawz!
