Portland Domestic car hangouts?

I'm moving to Portland in July, I was wondering if there are any car nights where people gather and hang out w/ their rides? I am coming from Texas, and if you haven't heard, they are in every town all the time here. So if they aren't a regular thing there, they should be. Anyway, if anybody in the area knows of the goings on w/ car clubs and hangouts and stuff, let me know. I'll be needing to make new friends.

is the local Portland Fbody club.

If ya dont mind traveling then PNWCC (which is based out of Seattle but has events all over washington state & Oregon) is a very active club as well. (check out the website in my sig.)

Their is Columbia River Camaro Club. They have their club meetings on the 1st Tuesday of everymonth. Another is Beaches car club. They come and hang out at Portland International Raceway on Wednesday nights, weather permitting.
