Lucky

Well, I'm feeling lucky. My friend just rolled his Bronco, and I was in it. We all were ok, but he had to go down to to the station. Tell me, how should I feel?

If you don't have any sore spots in your neck or back - you should be ok.
What were the circumstances of the roll over?

If you have any injuries or pain do the following; go to your doctor then call a lawyer. I smell another slam dunk of a claim. I'm glad you guys are not seriously injured.

Wow, I don't even remember writing this. Must have been dazed. We were coming back from a bar and my friend that was driving, whom was sober, was being an idiot and took the turn into my neighborhood too fast. It rolled onto its roof. Three of us were in the back, two in the front. My roomate sprained his wrist, other than minor scrapes and bruises, we were all ok. No lawsuits here. He is one of my best friends and is uninsured. All that a lawsuit would accomplish is putting him into major debt.

Don't worry about that..........after the lawsuit is over and you've got all his money - you can buy yourself a new friend!

Glad to hear everything is working out.
Good luck with future driving excursions.

Driving around without insurance and rolling a vehicle loaded with passengers is just plain stupid. He wouldn't be my best friend after pulling that stunt. Count yourself lucky like the thread says and hopefully you've learned something. I doubt your best friend didn't drink with you guys? That or he is just an inexperienced driver. People die every day cause of this reason.
