Re: legal advice?

Take it to court. If you have a witness, I wouldn't be worried.

Re: legal advice?

Craig,
I am only 17 and I went to get my class 5, because the Class 7 (N) is too vunerable to even go 51 and get away with it. Take it to court and postpone it as much as possible, but in the mean time go get your class 5, maybe it will soften the blow. Good luck man!

Re: legal advice?

if you have a witness and your stories are straight, you will win in court. Jimbo is righ also, get your class 5 ASAP and you wont have to worry even if you do lose in court.
