Roll Call for this weekend
Hi guys. Just a reminder that I'm planning on trying and dropping the engine in this weekend and a few extra hands would sincerely be appreciated. I'll be starting at 9.00 AM both days.
If anyone is able to commit themselves, could they speak up?

The weather looks to be cloudy and cool on the weekend so come on over everyone. without Cory to help quarterback on Saturday, I'd sure like an experienced hand for some moral support on sat.

Wish I could make it Shaun. I have a 94 here I am ripping into today to do new heads and cam. Not to mention I have a 94 Y-Body here that I have the motor and trans out of. Add to that a Rock crawler transfer case and a Racing Power Glide and I have a Busy one.

That seems so long ago. Running out of excusdes now Ellis. Going in this time is the new bracket, pulleys and hub for the blower as well as an electric vacuum pump.
Well, motor going in went well. Headers, plugs valve covers all went great. Exhaust, drive shaft and shifter installed. be were making GREAT time.
Got stuck on the intake though. Needed to spend some time on that, but thanks to Mike's (Zedzag) experience, got the intake on now.
Tomorrow will be the top of the motor and the front. I dunno, MAY get it started tomorrow.

dont forget to torque those motor mounts! .
I cant believe we got the motor/tranny in, and the headers/plugs on in 2 hrs!

If anyone is coming today. I have to go and find a REALLLLLLLy small torx head screwdriver to re&re the opti parts (couldn't they freakin use a philips screw 
)
