Holy Fxckin ****!

so i get onto hastings, right. i drive a bit and i pull up to a light.. guess waht car pulls up next to me?

A 1968 CAMARO SS. A REAL 1968 CAMARO SS. it was the most brilliant red i have ever seen. it was slammed with some beautiful chrome wheels. i think they were like 18's or somthing. his personalized license plate read, " SS 502". yep, you got it. it had a 502 motor in it.. supercharged. so we chat it up a bit.. these guys lookied like they came straight out the set of Grease. it was pretty nostalgic. prolly HA, though.

we chat it up a bit and the light goes green.. he rips it up for me and my ears starting bleeding.. it was insane. fxck. so we just kinda play with each other. another light hits.. except this time i was behind him. light goes green and he gives it a good rev.. it was sooo loud.. the kinda loud that makes you want to sell your soul to the devil loud. godly. i have never seen a real 68 camaro ss up close. so it was quite the experience for me. those were the days when cars were real. fxck.

That's cool man.

I've had a couple of goes with a 67 RS/SS 396 here in Wack.
Nice older gent driving it - likely around 40-45.

Seeing the classic muscle is a treat.

I know that car, and the guy who owns it.

Yep, supercharged 502, he's got 17" chrome ralleys on it. The car is beautiful and nicely done. He lives and works in Burnaby, and I see it all the time on Hastings.

Gotta get going on my '69. It will still be a couple of more years though.

Actually they are 18" ralleys. And I think it's a 67. It is the car from the swollen members music video and he came to our cruise at spanish banks. Beautiful car!!!!!

Actually, the car is a 68 since it has no corner vent front windows......and actually the wheels can't be 18" since wheel vintiques (the company that makes them) doesn't offer them in 18" you can see them on the website: http://www.wheelvintiques.com/rallye.html

And yes it is the car from the swollen members video.
