heads/cam/intake

hey guys im buying a friends heads cam and intake off of him

the cam is a cc305
The heads are CNC’d ported and have 2.00/1.56 Manley stainless steel valves, toped off with Crane’s springs and retainers kit 10308-1 with dual coil springs. The heads also have guide plates installed. and the intake is just a standard lt-1 but ported to match the set up...i was wondering what #'s to expect and if anyone knows of a shop that would be able ot help with the install....and i know my car came wiht the hardend pushrods...will i need better ones or will they do for now....thanks again
