Header Coating cost

Spoke with RediStrip in Delta and they say that the cost to do the headers will be around $225 (small headers are $150, medium are $200, and large are $250 or so, as ballpark #'s).

Does that sound right? That is $100 Cdn MORE than I paid to have them done by Jet Hot when I ordered the headers from Pacesetter. So that adds another $100 to my cost. The cost of a dyno session

OUCH! Forget that then... that is a real rip off compared to what I can get through Pacesetter (who I guess gets a great deal cuz they do 100 plus at a time). I'm paying $90 US total for Jet Hot to get it done. I'd love to support the Canadian shops, but not at that price difference. Those coating prics are actually more than what the actual headers are costing me!

Looks like I will be waiting a long time to get my new headers... so no dyno day for me.

I hope so. The company selling the headers says Pacesetter will take car of everything... but no one has gotten back to me about a shipping time, or if they will compensate me for the $200 it will cost to ship them back and get a new set to me! LOL!
