My ex g/f has a 1999 Z28 black with LG World Challenge wheels on it and the sport appearance package (ground effects). It is very possible this car may still have expired Texas plates on it. She has not had insurance on this car since late last year. I was just wondering if anyone has ever seen one like it around the Olympia area. The address I have for her is 2725 26th ave NE in Olympia but a "investigation" into this address by a friend showed it was not a valid address. Reason for my asking is I am almost certain she is driving this car with no insurance and I would not care about that other than the fact that the car is in my name with her as co-buyer and I could be held liable if she hits someone. I can email pics of the car to anyone if they wanted. Also if anyone is close to that area maybe verify that it is an actual address and not just a made up one would help me and Ford Motor credit out greatly.

Steph whats reallly weird is the last reply I got on LS1.com was from a Stephanie in Bremerton I did check Mapquest earlier and might I say thats a lot better than Yahoo Maps lol. Even had aerial photo of the address and you could zoom in to see each individual house. If it would have went one more zoom I think I could have seen in a window.

Anyway I went ahead and got a carfax account and found out she got the car registered there in June of this year. Do you guys have to show proof of insurance in order to register vehicles there? I know you do in TX. Also appears she has been driving it quite a bit when it was registered because I think it left here with 62000 miles or so and it had 71392 on it when she registered it and it was trailered to WA at that. Anyone who would be willing to verify this car being at the above address with a pic might get a Paypal present although I cannot promise it would buy a steak dinner there as you guys price of living is a lot higher than here lol Or even if you could verify this address did indeed exist. Maybe I could contact the local post office there. Think they could tell me?

Well she agreed and signed a contract to pay me back the money she owed me and I would let her pay on the car (she is co-signer anyway) and once she had me paid off I would let her take over the loan on her own. I doubt she could get a loan to buy a pack of gum right now though lol.

I know I know I should never let her do it but I just wanted her out of here that badly lol.

I have talked to a lawyer about one thing I can do and force her to return the car or turn it in to someone but he has not gotten back to me yet on whether it would be a LEGAL way. I think I can get a new loan to pay off FMC and they would release the lien and transfer it to whoever I finance with then her name would not be on the loan nor associated with the car in anyway. In other words if she did not return the car it would be Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle Just something I have to wait and see on for now.

OK found out this morning that insurance is required but does not have to be proven in order to register a vehicle there. Kinda odd loophole there IMO.

Also found out the new WA plate number is 403 PZN

I guess I can contact Oly PD and see if they can find a reason to pull this car over to check for insurance lol.

Sorry if I seem vindictive but there have been a total of 15 payments made on this car and almost every time it has been late and 5 times it has been 30 days or more late which does wonders for a credit rating.
