Anybody know of a good lawyer for motor vehicle accidents?
I was in an accident on tuesday night. The lady ran a red light and we smoked her on the side. Unfortunetly, I think the car is totalled, the cop estimated the damage to be $10,000. Fortunetly, it was not my car. However it is a close friend of mine's 2 week old Mustang. (Well it's a 94 and he only had it for 2 weeks). I feel so bad for him.
Anywayz, people have been telling me that I should go see a lawyer and just ask him what I should do with ICBC and stuff as far as injuiries go. Anybody know anyone good?
Thx.

I wouldn't go anywhere near ICBC. They will get you to twist your words around in their favour and end up screwing you. I would see a lawyer first. I know a really good one. 604-327-8865 is his number and his name is Randy Sarai. His office is on 47th andFraser. Trsut me, book your appointment with ICBC but talk to a lawyer first before you talk to ICBC.
Oh yeah, and tell him Sandeep Bains sent you.
He'll look after you.

Give my work a call 604-687-6575 and ask for Simon Margolis. He's one of our best ICBC claim / injury lwayers.
The fees might be a little high but he may be able to do something for you if its just advice your looking for.

Well I'm not to messed up, just some burns on the arm from the airbag and some pain in the back and neck.
I had to call ICBC the next day inorder to get a claim number to get started on physio. So I've already started somewhat, talking to them.
As it turns out my friend that was driving have already spoken to a lawyer and he told us that this was not a small accident at all and that we should wait and see if any injuries get worse or pops up, because they do tend to come up a later. So don't settle right away. Sound about right? Has anyone been in this situation before?
P.S Thx for all the lawyer hookup guys, I really appericiate it.

I heard though that If you had no pain & then it comes back but not for long, it'll reappear in 2 years sometimes & sometimes quite a bit worse, its weird but thats what I heard from a doctor I once talked to about neck injuries, I just wanted to find out how they are caused really & what happens, big explenation
