im new to this forum, as well as new to the camaro owner world, my camaro is a 97 3.8L, 5spd manual. its got a little over 138K on the engine. i have an issue with the car, it will start, but it wont run, it idles for less than 10 seconds before dying. if given gas it will die sooner. we replaced the pcv(pvc?) gasket, it was all ripped apart, but the car is still having the same issue, the other idea is the fuel pump. i know a little about cars and trucks, but not much, does anyone have any ideas, and if its the fuel pump, is it an easy fix or should i bring it to a mechanic and pay a ridiculous price for them to fix it?
