Newbie From the North

Hi all, being a visitor for some time, figure I was over due to register. Its a great site thats been a pleasure to visit over the past year or so.
I recently completed writing a book in full support with Bill "Grumpy" Jenkins that is based upon his career and will be released in January through CarTech. The book covers birth to present day with the focus being on the cars; The Old Reliables, Dodge Boys, Black Arrow and all 17 Toys. If interested, the book is available to preorder at any number of online stores or can be picked up at your local bookstore after January 15th.
Thanks for having me.
Doug

Welcome to the board. Bill Jenkins is a very significant figure in drag racing. I hope the book does well.

Re: Newbie From the North

Thanks for the warm welcome guys, and girls.
As a fan first, it was an obvious pleasure to sit with Bill over the past couple years to do this book. In the end, it meant the world to me that it met his approval. He has a lot of fans so hopefully they find pleasure in it as their is plenty of revealing information.
