Hey all, new member here

I've been a Camaro enthusiast since I was a kid in the early 90's and have a particular love for Gen 1. I've yet to own a Camaro but that won't last forever, so I figured I'd join since this place seems as good as any for Camaro fanatics. I've actually had this site bookmarked for damn near a decade, but I never got around to joining and becoming part of the community. I'm both a Camaro and Corvette fan and am on the market for either/or but taking my sweet time to find the right ride (and save the funds).

Anyway, cheers.

Hello, everyone! My name is Jay. I've loved Camaro since I've been old enough to remember. My very first car was a camaro and I've been hooked ever since. I hope to learn alot so that I can fix up the Camaro I just bought a couple of weeks ago. I welcome all assistance and advice from knowledgeable Camaro lovers. Welcome aboard JD.

Re: Hey all, new member here

Welcome to the board. I have also wanted a 1st gen for a long time now to add to my collection, but for me I don't think it will happen. I should have bought one 10 years ago. Now the prices have really gone up. If I did buy one it would be completely restored. I don't have the time for a fixer upper. 3rd gens have become so cheap now that I can get a few more of those for the price of one 1st gen.
