Re: hey

Welcome to the board. Pics of car? The engines in the f bodys are pretty much the same depending on the year. When you say built, how was it built what stroker kit and cam do you have?

I like my stroker. Welcome to the board. The stereotypical response of "The only stupid question is the one that is not asked" applies here.

Re: hey

im in the process of figuring out how built it is I need to get ahold of the shop here in town supposedly its the same displacment as a ls3 so 375 and as for the cam like i said i need to contact the shop im hoping for good news that its a 383 but I highly doubt it. and my questions will defintly be mostly suspension related as im unfamiliar f bodys. but when it comes to boost and motors i know my stuff if anyones planning a turbo setup and wants help picking one let me know im pretty good at crunching the numbers to find the right turbo for the application

Re: hey

Welcome to CamaroZ28.com !!! Always good to see another LT1 on the site.

A "375" is a bit rare for the LT1. The LS3 is actually 376.05ci. As mentioned in another thread, to build a 376 cubic inch Gen 2 small block, the closest you could get with common parts would be 377ci, by using a 3.75" stroke and the stock 4.00" bore. You can get a 3.625" crank for an SBC, but I haven't seen anyone use one in an LT1. And of course the LS3 and the LT1 are two totally differnet engines, so any relationship between the displacement of one and the other is sort of meaningless.
