Smile bluewaterbill

Just bought a 2002 Z28 with slight damage to the hood. My body man thinks a new hood would be better than trying to repair it because the damge is just above the head light where the curves are. I want to put a SS hood on. I looked all over and am confused about fibereglass, duraflex, carbon fibre, etc. The few people I talk to say be real careful about fiberglass suppliers. Does anyone have experience here and/or recommendations?
Thanks.

IMO, if you want an SS hood, you should get the real thing:

Welcome. Most aftermarket hoods are crappy quality. You can make them look and fit nice, but it is quite time consuming.
