93 z28 restoration! hi all!

whats up everyone, me and my dad are just getting started on restoring his 93 z28 camaro, it is white in color (whats left) completely rust free (or we wouldnt be doing this), has a 6 speed manual tranny, who knows what under the engine that has been modified, and a wal mart sound system ! hahahaha. joking on the last part.
basically, spring is here, so were going to drive it a little before we start.. it is pretty horrible to drive, car has just under 200k on it. all original.

what i am needing to know is where i can get parts for us to buy, and bolt on, we dont want to do many custom fabricating on this project. of course ebay, but im in on the car world (04 subaru impreza, not an STi ) is my car ive been around the car world and know what to look for, just never looked into anything pertaining to this car.

you'll also be seeing my dads 2012 legacy he just bought! (knock on wood) because i got him into the subaru state of mind, muaahaha.
now i know some may not like subarus here, because american muscle yo. lol

any info you can give me will be greatly appreciated the car needs new EVERYTHING, suspension and drivetrain are where we are going to start, then branch out to aesthetic things and other smaller things

That is how it works. Sounds like fun.

i will for sure keep it updated

still delayed starting because it is hard to put it up on jack stands to not drive again for awhile, because it is fun to drive, haha..

but how the suspension is now (like silly puddy) it is dangerous to drive

Welcome to CamaroZ28.com !

We can help you with the engine. There is a good source of low cost used LT1 parts right here on our "Parts for Sale" forum, and you can list what you need in "Parts Wanted".

Interesting when I see "93 Z28 restoration".... I forget how old these cars are now. I bought my 94 Formula brand new, and it's still in better shape than when it left the showroom. Gotta be hard to start over on a "restoration".
