The one i got is pitted along the ring of the head gasket which caused a leak. I dont think it can be repaired besides resurfacing it. Any one have one? It can be bare.

 

Just in case you didn't know the heads are interchangeable....

If simple milling doesn't fix it (which is certainly worth pursuing - call a machine shop) - they almost certainly can be fixed, and for less than a used head of unknown condition. The machine shop should be able to point you in the right direction.
