Thanks. I'm going up next weekend for Fun Ford Weekend to hopefully improve on my times.I used to run in Street Renegade were I won back in '99 but they made so many rule changes that you need to run mid 8's to be competitive. So I'm just going to run in the bracket races.
Eric mentioned to me that after we get this set up dialed in that he wants to switch to a solid cam and other changes to be competitive in the quick street series they have at NED.
But first I want to get the rust off.I have'nt ran a real fast car at the track in a couple of years and my previous best mph was 138 and when my first pass last weekend was 146 i was . By the 3rd pass I was getting used to the speed but then the only blower belt I had broke.Eric told me I should'nt have any problems with the cog belt. But at least it was only a belt not like the last few times when we got major damage.
