99.99% certain my opti is gone. Somehow need to have it replaced, have vinyl lettering made up, and be at a car show in Epping Thursday afternoon (Monday is a holiday), and I am out of tows on my triple A card...

Anyone know how to change an opti? I know that I am too mechanically inept to do it myself. Beer and lobster?

I'm at the track today and tomorrow in a rental car.

 

Take out water pump, take off crank pulley an its right there. Pretty simple, if I wasn't working this weekend I'd help ya out.

 

you can do it im probably more mechaniclly inept then you and i pulled it off.

I can R&R the opti. I may even have some WP gaskets kickin' around

I also plan on going up to the event Just Saturday and be there Saturday night. I'll have the camera too, taking pics. I'll make sure to try and get a few of you if I see you run.

See my other post. The radio station advertising was done last week. That is why I have been laying eggs and freaking out. It was a done deal and the car was pooched. Greg was great!
