Question EWP problems ???

>anyone here have difficulties with their elec water pump ?
I have a Meziere and it doesn't seem to working (disconnected it from the relay ... direct wire to the battery and ground) .

any thoughts ?

Installed 4 of them with no problems.You might have a bad motor in yours.Also they are extremely quiet.

for an electric water pump you have to drill a 3/32 hole in the thermastat to relieve pressure on the pump when the t-stat is not open.

do the curved blades scoop the coolant or do they flow the other way ?


BTW - the reason that it wasn't working is because the wire from the fuse panel wasn't crimped all the way through the sheathing , so I fixed it by soddering the wires instead (stupid crimps )
