A4 to M6 swap advice

i am looking for a New Englander that has done an automatic to manual swap on a 1993-1996 Z-28/firebird. i have a 1994 Z-28 that i want to put a 6-speed in and i would like to talk to someone that has done the swap so i can get some advice and see how tough it is/was.

any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

john

If you do this I might want to swap pedal assemblies with you. I used to have a six speed and would prefer to swap the pedal assembly with someone who has an automatic as it is a pain in the butt to do unless you have all the right stuff.

I did it with my shop teach back in highschool in a day. What do you need to know? the only hard thing was getting in the pedal assembly in. took me like an hour.
