Zex dry install question

I have a question about the vacuum line that is plumber to the regulator and the manifold. The instructions are sketchy to me.
Do you tee into the existing vacuum reference line at the fuel pressure regulator, or do you run the "fuel" line straight from the Zex box, into the regulator and run the now open vacuum line to the manifold vacuum port on the Zex control box?

Thanks,
Rob

run the line strait to the fuel pressure regulator, and the other line to the manifold, You should upgrade your fuel pump to a walbro 255 lph and your injectors to some ford svo's because the factory injectors lock up with the higher fuel pressure.

So you don't tee into the line, but completely remove the factory vacuum line and run vacuum to the Zex box?

Yup just remove the line and run the line that says manifold to the manifold and the line that says fuel to the fuel pressure regulator. And be sure to put hose clamps on the fuel line it will have a lot of pressure and could blow off causing you to go lean.

Thanks,

Did you run the line from the hatch under the car or through the interior? I think I want to put the bottle in my spare tire well.

I mounted my bottle in the spare tire well, and drilled a hole for the line, there is a nice lip that runs under the car I drilled quite a few hole in this lip and zip tied the line to the inside of lip. It tucks away quite nicely
