Re: zex

I like mine but it is far from what the (wet) kit came originally. It's compact under the hood. If you mount it up like I did you won't have solenoids here and there and -3 an lines crisscrossing the engine, if that even matters. Now for a fresh barrage about cheap little solenoids....

BTW, if you can install that kit in 2 hours or so, please tell me.

Cool Re: zex

I love mine. I have the 125hp jets in right now. Best bang for the buck for a dry kit.

Did you have to run anything else in combination with it? Like a aftermarket fuel pump, different plugs, retard the timeing and things of the such. 125 shot is exactly what i wanted to run.

should have a in-line pump with it , if not get 1. change plugs , go down 1 or 2 ranges colder, gap at 35. then dont spray it untill you get it on a dyno to make sure your not getting to lean. i know it watches the fuel pressure and is supposed to add more with more vac, but my car was running lean on the 125 and i actually had to max the injectors out. not a wise thing to do but i was hoping to blow it up to make the rebuild happen sooner. well off to the river to do some tubing, later

Re: zex

Thanks for the advice, i was going to put a full racetronics pump kit with it, and also put bigger injectors with it, so i think i'll be good. I'm currently running a colder plug right now, but was going to switch to the ngk's. I also planned on putting the car on the dyno anyways, so i guess it all kinda works out.
