For You LT1 Guys..

We recently built a set up for a local guy. WE will now offer these set ups.

We took the intake and plumbed spray bars into it for the Nitrous. Then we custom built the elbow.
With this Elbow and spray bar design there is no need to cut up your cowl.
I am not so sure a stock camaro hood will fit though.

What do you think?

Dave,
Looks like its not much higher if any than the red tranny dipstick handle. If thats the case then it will fit under the stock hoods.

Looks very nice in my opinion.

It is the front of the elbow that will cause a clearence issue ...if any....the TB is 1-1.5" higher than stock.

I like it! Numbers would be nice to crunch, but I'm liking these combos that keep popping up like this. What kind of setup was this going on?

To see if it clears lay a 2x4 across the fenders, it will tell ya.

Cost for the conversion and complete system? Adjustable to 300 hp, With...

Trans tunnel bottle mounts
Bottle heater
Stand alone front mount fuel system
Blow down tube.

I already have the intake and elbow.

Thanks

Ok,
This intake is a Edelbrock Victor E. The intake comes with a Chevy small block bolt pattern. The intake has to be welded and re drilled to match the LT1 bolt pattern.

The customer had the machine shop do that part.
We took and installed spray bars in the intake. I forgot to take pictures of that. However it looks like the one in this picture but instead the bars and fittings are side to side instead of front to back.
http://www.nitrousoutlet.com/installs/install.asp?id=17

Then we custom built the elbow off of his car.

Cost to install spray bars is 250.00
The elbow is 300.00

The throttle cable bracket on the elbow, did you splice two cables together? Or am I looking at something else? I am trying to figure out how to get a cable on mine which is VERY similar, but I can't put mine up that high as the cable hits the underside of the cowl(mine is not as long, to the front of the car). If two cables are not spliced, how did you get the "throw" right so it pulls the throttle blade 100% open?

Its a stock 93 camaro throttle cable. Ill check and see if anything else was done special. I do not remember anything having to be done.
