WOT switch

What exactly does this do and what is the purpose of it? Thanks

It's a switch that is usually wired into a nitrous system to only activate it when the throttle is wide open. It's only gonna be alive when you arm the system with the master toggle inside the car.

Does this mean if I let off of the gas that it will turn off the nitrous?
