The w/s is used to turn the n2o on and off at a set rpm. You set the "on" rpm (rpm pill) at lets say 3k, this mean the n2o wont come on till 3k. Same applies for the "off" rpm, it shuts it off at the desired rpm (mines at 6k). This is good for a stick car in case ya miss a shift. Also, you dont want the n2o to come on any earlier then 3k(IMO) it can puddle in the intake tract and cause a big "KABOOM" You wire it in with a ign. box so it can get a rpm signal, and wire it in with the wot switch and the noids.

If ya need it I can send you a wiring diagram

You don't even need an ignition box... I wired mine into the ignition coil. Worked GREAT this weekend.
