It really is gonna depend on how much you are going to spray. Start out with the NGK TR6, that's good up to a 150 shot. Above that you might need a colder plug. You can get them at Advanced Auto for about $1.75. They will have to order them, so order them over the phone, ask for Jeff. Good luck.

I run 103 on a 150 shot with no problems, NA time didnt change a bit.

Platinum plugs and N2O or a blower are a big no-no! I run the coldest non-recessed tip NGK that fits my AFR heads (they are an "11", five and a half heat ranges colder than stock).
