What safety items do you recommend...

I'm getting a NX #20920 Stage One kit. The whole reason I've waited this long to get N2O is I was a little concerned with the safety of it. What items do you consider a must have and which one are just niceties? Would also like reconditions of the brands/parts to get.

Thanks for any help,

Thanks for the quick reply. Any recommendations on which window switch? I have a Accel 300+ box, is that good enough? The kit also comes with a WOT switch so I should be good there as well. What about a blow down tube??

You need a blowdown tube to be legal at a track.
Besides, you'll want one, if anything happens to the bottle, you don't want it to explode inside the car.

The safety stuff kinda takes the fun away

TR-6's or some kind of colder plug.

Fill the bottle, put behind the seat and go

If you are lookin at $100 or so, you need to order your window switch from Harlan. Nice piece, will just take a couple weeks to get. I can't remember his website, but search here or on LS1 and you will find it. I believe it is Harlan Engineering.

I got a used MSD window switch from someone on the board. Still looking for the blow down and the FP safety switch.
