dry injects only nitrous through the nozzle and uses the injectors to add fuel.

wet injects fuel and nitrous at the nozzle.b

There's only one more thing you need to know about dry, it uses the injectors to add the fuel by raising the fuel pressure only when the nitrous is engaged.

My 175 shot took the fuel pressure to just under 90 PSI as compared to stock 43 PSI at WOT.

Just a heads up, get injectors (GM's lock around 80 PSI - CLOSED) that will handle the increased PSI. SVO's lock OPEN, big difference in keeping your motor alive.

There are other ways a dry system can work. For example, if you have an aftermarket PCM (FAST, Accel, Electromotive, etc.) you can use it to control the nitrous and to handle thefuel delivery.

You are correct Rich, I forgot to mention that.
Still gonna need new injectors, just larger due to the increased HP requirements.

Of course most people won't spend $1500+ to do a dry system that way.

Truth.

I prefer "wet" due to the ease/precision of tuning and the easy adjustability.
