Question Wet or Dry........?

So what is the difference between a wet and a dry nitrous system? What are the advantages and disadvantages in either? Also, what's the difference between sprayed or fogged? Anything different, or just 2 different ways of saying the same thing???

Thumbs up

Real simple...Dry systems introduce just nitrous into the intake and depends on a nitrous regulator to up fuel pressure via fuel pressure regulator. Wet systems introduce both nitrous and fuel into the intake at the same time. Dry is an easier setup to install and does not puddle in manifold (Wet systems tend to puddle in our intakes which isn't tragic but not good either)...The only down fall to dry is that it relies on your fuel pump and injectors to introduce poper amount of fuel to nitrous. Wet systems are generally safer because the fuel really does not have to rely on anything but the solenoid. Both systems are SAFE if you install correctly and take proper precautions...Fuel pressure safety switch, two solenoid set up(for dry kits), retard timing, and blow down tube are some of the main safety measures out there. I hope this has helped you

Do lots of research and ask plenty of questions, and still go with a wet kit.
