Using N2O with LT4?

I'm familiar that you can't use nitrous on an LT4 with knock modules. I have an LT1 thinking about adding LT4 heads then the entire conversion later, but what do I need to do so I can still run my nitrous after I add the parts for the conversion?

only thing you need to do is not run platinum plugs and make sure the fuel system works great.

I run a 150 shot on a stock lt1 with a LT4 knock module,and no problems.

same here, 100 wet shot with lt4 knock module with ZERO timing pulled on 93 octane.

i always race, i'm out on rt 37 alot of sat nights at the wawa by the bridge if you know where that is, from about 10pm to 10:30pm. If u want a one on one run IM me and we can set something up, . Lata

I spray a 150 shot with the LT4 K/M and have no problems. I tried using the LT1 KM with my set up LT4 Hot Cam, RR's and so on... but it pulled out to much timing from the extra noise and the motor ran like a dog. I have sprayed a number of times and have heard no detonation.

Hawk, have you scanned your car to see if you're getting any knock retard?

I get some with LT4KM and 93 octane with 100 shot (NX). Heck, even a little bit with 75-shot. So, I'm trying to figure out why.

I'll let u know in a week, i jsut ordered a scanmaster. I did take a few pulls with a hypertech with scan cartridge, i got like 1 degree i think but thats nothing i'm concerned about. With the scanmaster i'll let u guys know.
