Setting up MSD Window Switch

What is the best way to decide which pills to put in, say my shift point is 5,800 should i put in the 5,700 pill or lower? Any help is appreciated

Yes, 5700 would be fine. I would also bump the rev limiter up to 6000. The stock limiter is 5800 and 5700 is too close for comfort IMO. Use the 3000 pill as the lower side of the window.
