hooked up my new 150 wet shot kit on the new motor. set the jets up for a 100 shot to test it. gave it a few runs and the rpms on the tach bounced off of 7 k but the motor was no where near that. I noticed after i got off the shot the rpms where back to where they were supose to be. i hooked up a WOT switch, On off switch and a momentary switch. i took power off the cig lighter for the On Off switch and the momentary switch. I used the ground block and power block up by the battery for the relay to the selonoids. What would cause the rpms to read so erraticly?

 

anyone have a idea?
