Plumbing a dedicated fuel system...
i was reading the instructions to the n20 kit i'm getting, and it says that if i want to run a dedicated fuel system for the nitrous, the high pressure side has to have a return line in before the regulator with a .05" oriface. This was a bit confusing to me. I had planned to just use a small fuell cell, with an electric pump, and a bypass regulator, one side going to the fuel solenoid, the other going back to the cell.
is my way safe, or do i need some kind of restrictor in there?

I have wondered about this as well. From what I can tell, the only time you need to put a restriction in a return line is if you have a "deadhead" regulator. I don't think you need to restrict the return line on a bypass style regulator. I have a bypass regulator and I am not planning on putting a restriction in the return line unless I hear otherwise.

I have an NX direct port kit on my LT1 i am also plumbing my fuel system... I talked to the guy at NX, he told me in my setup i wouldn't need a return line. as long as i put a bleeder of some sort by the fuel solinoid, to kinda bleed the air out of the system.. I also mounted my regulator right on the fuel solinoid.. I am going to bulkhead my stock fuel tank and run a line for the nitrous system from that.. just my .02
