Please educate me on the electrical part
I have an MSD 6AL which is mounted and I will finish hooking up tonight. I also have an MSD window switch. The car has a TCI 2800 stall. From what I have read, I don't want to spray through the shift. I have everything else for the install which a local speed shop is doing. Can someone please explain to me what the pills in the 6AL do, what pills should I get for the window switch and what relation does the box have with the window switch. Bare with me here please, I feel dumb enough already.

The pill in the MSD box is your rev limiter. You'll stick in whatever you want the car's rev limit to be, and it will cut ignition (as opposed to fuel, which is what the stock limiter does) at that rpm. You do need to ensure the MSD box limit is lower than the PCM's limit, or the PCM limiter will still function.
The pills in the window switch will provide a signal that's "on" when the current rpm is above the rpm of the first pill and below the rpm of the second pill. You'd use this to trigger your nitrous within that rpm range, or "window". I don't have an automatic, so I don't have recommendations for you, but the window switch is what you'll use to (typically) have the nitrous turn on after a shift, and off before the next shift.
