OK I beleive this switch panel comes with one of the NX upgrades. IT like 50 bucks or so. What all can be installed on this switch board. WOT Switch, activation switch, bottle opener, bottle heater, ETC. Does anyone have one. how is yours setup. Is the buttons already installed, and all you have to do is wire it up.
Pretty confused, haven't seen to much info on this panel.

 

I have this switch panel.....here is how it is set up (switch comes with directions to set it up exactly this way)...

3 'buttons:

One of them is the arming switch. you rock it forward to arm it and the heater also turns on. rock it back and only the heater turns on without arming the system. this switch is lit when either side is active to tell you which way it is flipped and that it is active.

the next switch is the purge. it is obviously a momentary switch that is only active in one direction.

the last switch is for your opener. it is a 2-way momentary switch that is active in either direction to open of to close the bottle.

 

You have a TA, dont buy it, there is NO place to put it unless you want it sticking up out of the ash tray (and loose the ash tray). My buddy and I mounted our bottoms on the LITTLE compartment in between the ash tray and the cup holder, You know what i mean, i know you do :-) we mounted them AGIANST the wall of small compartment so they are facing the front of the car. If you want pics I can get some.

 

i mounted mine on the side of the console, kind of near my right knee.

 

Just thought I'd let you know that there are other panels/plates/boxes available depending on your year of car....

Thanks for the replies, But Zippity'Z sent me a PM and it seems the for the money the Jimmy jams panels are the best. For $50.00 shipped I can get a pretty sweet Nitrous panel setup.
A 5 colored switches with matching colored LED lights. VERY SWeet, and best of all they can be mounted in many locations.

BTW does the NX switch panel come with the kit of upgrade kit or is that something you have to buy afterwards. I tryed to look it up but it doesn't say anything.

Heres the link, I am probably going to get the 5&5 setup. I am wanting to add a Nitrous arm, WOT, Purge, Bottle heater, and Fuel Pressure Saftly switch.
Am I missing anything

Does that sound like a good setup or Idea. I am going to have the bottle mounted behind me in the back winshield so I can open it myself, I will not have to by a Romote bottle opener.

Later I plan on to add 2 more Switchs, FAN and Electric cutout.

 

The Jimmy Jams panels are nice. I have been working with Robin and I hope to be selling the Jimmy Jams products soon. The NX switch panel is separate from the Gen-x upgrades. Thanks

 

SpeedtechInc I know you are a ditributor for NX. Can you get us Board members some deals on NX products say a 35-150 Adjustable kit with Gen2 upgrade. I believe it reatails for like $850. You can send me a PM or Email if you like
