It DID NOT work for me! I THINK I have the older style opener from NX..Fits my NX bottle fine BUT it won't fit a TNT bottle which I borrowed from Nick D'Agostino(His TNT kit is for sale if anyone wants a Dual Nozzle Plate kit)

Problem is that the ring that fits under the valve will not seat right. That area of the bottle needs to be machined down a little it seems..Only like 1/8" of diameter though...could be done but I don't machine bottles like that..haha

 

Yes, it can be done, but you'll need to contact NX to find out which opener and adapter you need.

 

My opener came with different adapters for the different bottles.

 

Is anybody not using their TNT bottle adapter that they would be willing to sell??

 

hey, i have an nx bottle opener (i think old style its a year old). I bought it used with the kit and it has no directions with it. could someone scan the directions and email them to me? that would be great. i emailed nx and they never got back up with me. please help. Alan

 

I just bought the new NX bottle opener, it looks like it will work with any bottle. It looks a lot different than the old NX opener. It didn't come with any different adapters. My friend just bought the same NX opener and he has a TNT kit, I am going to put it on for him in a couple of days. I post if it works or Not.
