Read the forum again, it says location(s) not just location. I would assume that means you can list all the locations

 

Also, you might read it again ..It says: "Location[s] Where Nitrous Oxide is to be Used [ N/A[not applicable] for Race Car Vehicles]"...
So you don't even use that line of the application.. [that's for Dr.'s etc..]
My Q was since the PLACE OF PURCHASE is going to be listed on the permit, can you BUY it at ANY seller, or only the ONE on the PERMIT?... [it being ON the permit implies that only that seller is 'valid'..]
Place of purchase line on application only allows one ..[no 'Place[s]' in sight there]
I think Fred has it about right that they'll 'overlook' what it says there, as long as you HAVE the permit, [and they have the added incentive of wanting to sell it to you, so I doubt there's be much prob.. ]
I just wanted a bity of input before actually designating a place, then find out I am locked intop that seller only..
